This training is for Advanced Clinicians who want to become Imago Clinical Consultants also called Imago Clinical Supervisors. In some parts of the world the title is Certified Imago Consultant (CIC) and other places chose to use Certified Imago Supervisor (CIS).
This is open to Certified Imago Relationship Therapists (IRT) with two of the following Advanced Imago courses: The Attuned Therapist, Despair to Repair, Giving and Receiving Love, or Brilliant at the Basics or those who have already achieved the Advanced Imago Therapist: Level Three or Certified Workshop Presenter (also Level 4).
- Understand Imagoās unique feedback process that happens in the Imago Clinical training and during the certification process.
- The Imago supervision process is an important part of the relational paradigm and safety, two core tenets of the Imago theory.
- The Imago Supervisor embodies the Imago theory when giving feedback to professional colleagues, in self-supervision, and to those seeking supervision from them.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Learn in depth case consultation through the Imago lens.
- Deepen your capacity to self supervise your own couples.
- Learn and practice four supervisory models for individual and group supervision.
- Explore how our lost parts effect our phenomenology, our clinical struggles, and can impact our ability to be objective as a supervisor.
- Become an even safer supervisor and colleague when facilitating individuals in consultation or when leading supervision groups.
- Deepen your integration of the relational paradigm.
This is Part A of a two-part course that does require a recording of you supervising individuals and in a group using the Imago process in order to become a Certified Imago Supervisor.

CERTIFICATION STEPS
After completing the 3-day advanced training, The Art of Imago Supervision, participants have the option to continue further to become Certified Imago Supervisors (CIS). During this period of supervision (typically over the course of six months) the consultant will practice the supervision skills learned in the 3-day class and supervise individuals, groups, and assist a clinical instructor at the Imago Clinical training.
Who can use the titles of Certified Imago SupervisorĀ (CIS)Ā or Certified Imago ConsultantĀ (CIC)?
1. Receive at least 6-hours of supervision
2. Show two recordings of your clinical work, the recordings can be shown during the Art of Imago Supervision course
3. Show four recordings of your work as a consultant or supervisor and receive supervision of your supervision from a faculty member, one of these recordings needs to be working with a group. Recordings of your supervision of traineeās recordings while assisting at a clinical training are appropriate. The clinical portion of the traineeās recording is not required.
Certification allows the CIS or CIC to assist, when invited, the ICT alongside a faculty member. Remuneration would be worked out in discussion with the CI.
- Participate in joint sessions with Faculty around ICT tape evaluation.
- Offer themselves to Certified Imago Therapists and non-Imago therapists as an Imago Clinical Supervisor.
- Offer leadership in their ILO for the betterment of the Imago region and its needs, including advocating for trainees in that region who did not complete certification.
- Work alongside Faculty members to develop trainings in their regions
